Impending Election....

So with the upcoming election, the kids school had a mock election last week. We were discussing it tonight, and I thought I would share our conversation with you. :)

Connor: "I voted for John McCain"
Mom: "Oh really? Well why did you vote for him?"
Connor: "Because he likes Mexican food, and so do I, so he must be cool"
Mom: "Uh-huh" insert stifled laughter here "Sadie, who did you vote for"
Sadie: "Barack Obama"
Mom: "Ok, why did you vote for him?:
Sadie: "Because we were running late, and I was running out of time, so I just picked on"

Ahhhh, the future of our country. ;)
