I've figured it out- they are in training. Training to be parents to and discipline three year old little girls.

Hahahahahahah... I have to add that they must be training to parent 3 year old little boys, too!!! I'm right there with you! :-) I think perhaps wrestling an alligator might even be easier... the slackers... :-)
